OK so I went to cutestblogontheblock.com because it seemed the place to go to get a cute blog. And I figured out how to "add" the background but why did the middle part not change? Help me (Lynny)!!
Well maybe I figured it out....do I just change the colors until I like it?

Haha...I feel so blog savy! Well, you have to have your blog template in blogger set on Minima. Otherwise, the cutest blog on the block one won't work right. Try that...I hope it helps!!
